  Matt Bailey - Business Owner

  Meet Matt Bailey, the founder of 20/20 Auto Glass. Raised in Spartanburg and a graduate of USCS (formerly USCU), Matt earned an interdisciplinary degree with an emphasis in music.
  
  Throughout his college years, Matt fronted the band Good Tomorrow as the lead vocalist and guitarist, releasing several EPs on iTunes.
  
  While pursuing his degree, Matt worked in auto glass sales to support himself. In 2005, he decided to put his experience to use and founded 20/20 Auto Glass. Through hard work and continual refinement, the company has grown into a prominent force in the Upstate’s auto glass industry.
  
  In his free time, Matt enjoys diving into a good book, watching movies, weight training, running, and exploring biohacking. He lives in Spartanburg with his three children, a dog, and two cats, making for a lively and energetic home life.

  Candace Christe - Office Manager

  Candace was born and raised in the small town of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. At 18, she moved to Jacksonville, Florida with high hopes. She pursued a career in advertising sales, starting with the local newspaper and later transitioning to a weekly business publication.
  
  In 2004, Candace's best friend's engagement prompted a visit to Greenville, South Carolina. Captivated by the developing downtown area, pleasant weather, and friendly people, she fell in love with the town. Candace decided to bid farewell to Jacksonville and make Greenville her new home.
  
  After spending 10 years in Greenville, Candace met her soul mate and they moved to Waterloo, South Carolina. They now reside in a house by Lake Greenwood, where Candace enjoys boating, reading, fishing, hiking in the mountains, and simply appreciating the view from her deck alongside her partner and pets.

  Tresa Pace - Customer Support Specialist

  Originally from Memphis, TN, Tresa moved to the Greenville area in the early 1990s. With over 30 years of experience in the auto glass industry, she brings a wealth of expertise to 20/20 Auto Glass. Tresa takes pride in providing excellent care to her clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
  
  Outside of work, Tresa cherishes spending time with her husband and caring for her beloved pets. She has a fondness for the outdoors and can often be found walking, gardening, or hiking. Tresa embraces any opportunity to enjoy nature and the beauty of the surroundings.

  Maria Camp - Customer Support Specialist

  Maria has a diverse background, having grown up in Texas and lived in various states before settling in South Carolina. For the past three years, she has called Greenville her home, residing there with her husband and two children. Maria holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Before joining the auto glass industry, she worked as an insurance agent.
  
  During her leisure time, Maria finds joy in organizing and decorating her home, cherishing moments with her family, and indulging in re-runs of beloved shows like "The Office" and "Parks and Recreation."

  Jason Poland - Sales Manager

  Jason has deep roots in Greenville, South Carolina, having moved there with his family at a young age. He pursued higher education at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in both marketing and management. Jason's love story with his high school sweetheart Stephanie has stood the test of time, as they have been happily married for 19 years. Growing up on the same street, their connection has remained strong. Together, they are proud parents of two boys and a cat.
  
  With an impressive 20-year career in the glass industry, Jason has developed a passion for outside sales and enjoys the opportunity to meet new people. In his leisure time, he finds fulfillment in various activities. Jason is an avid sports enthusiast, particularly enjoying swimming. He cherishes quality time with his family, finds satisfaction in maintaining his yard, and stays committed to his fitness routine through regular workouts.

  Mitch Crouse - Technician

  Mitch, a lifelong resident of the Upstate region in South Carolina, finds immense fulfillment in his roles as a devoted husband and father to his sons. Being an ardent fan of the Gamecocks, he enthusiastically supports his favorite team. Mitch's love for the outdoors drives him to engage in various activities that allow him to connect with nature.
  
  With extensive experience in the automotive and auto glass industry, Mitch brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work. He takes great pride in his craft and treats every vehicle with the utmost care and attention, as if it were his own.
  
  Mitch's diverse interests reflect his passion for hands-on pursuits. He possesses a deep-rooted affection for building custom hot rods and motorcycles, showcasing his craftsmanship and creativity. Furthermore, he enjoys the thrill of hunting and fishing, immersing himself in the natural world.
  
  Additionally, Mitch generously contributed to his community by serving as a volunteer firefighter for two years with the Gray Court FD, exemplifying his commitment to the well-being of others and public safety.

  Ron Teamer - Technician

  Ron's roots run deep in the small town of Cowpens, SC, where he was born and raised. From a young age, his passion for sports blossomed, and he excelled in basketball and football throughout his middle and high school years. Even today, Ron's love for sports remains strong, as evidenced by his recent achievement of winning his second flag football championship.
  
  Beyond his athletic pursuits, Ron is a man of unwavering faith and actively serves as a deacon at his church. His commitment to his spiritual journey is an integral part of his life. Ron takes immense pride in his family, being the father of one daughter and two sons. Additionally, he revels in the joy of being a proud grandfather to a cherished grandson.
  
  For the past 18 years, Ron has honed his skills in glass installation and has obtained certification in his craft. His expertise and dedication are evident in his meticulous workmanship. Ron lives by a personal motto that guides his actions: "If you do right, you can never go wrong." This philosophy underpins his commitment to delivering exceptional service and upholding the highest standards of integrity.

  Lennox Lewis - Technician

  Lennox Lewis, a skilled technician at 20/20 Auto Glass in Greenville, SC, started his automotive career in 2011 after graduating from Augusta, GA, in 2010. He became a certified diesel mechanic with ASE certification in 2018.
  
  Outside work, Lennox is a father to a two-year-old born in NC. Raised in NJ, he moved to GA early on due to family connections. Lennox enjoys drag racing and motor rebuilding as hobbies, showcasing his expertise in restores, painting, and custom work. With over two years at 20/20 Auto Glass in Greenville, SC, he brings valuable experience to the team since his move from GA four years ago.
